Support for digitisation of services and processes - digital voucher
KAROVIČ Steel Production, s.r.o. provides service in the field of sheet metal processing, stainless steel production for the food industry, welding of structures, construction and design work, and a wide range of services in the field of mechanical engineering.
The problem
The company identified the need for a digitization solution in the process of tracking materials, finished goods and work-in-process parts.
It needed to analyze the current workflows in use and find a new innovative solution to digitize the company's workflows.
Objective
The aim is to develop a proposal for an individual solution in the field of digitalization and innovation in the company Karovič Steel Production, Ltd.
Duration / Course
The application for the digital voucher was submitted in August 2023, the contract with SIEA effective in November 2024. The implementation of the project started in 11/2024 and is scheduled to be completed in 5/2025.
Result
Through analysis and subsequent digitization, the company achieves more accurate tracking of materials, faster response to changes and reduced error rates. The new solution will also enable better production planning and optimization of warehouse processes.
